– Hey guys, how you doing? My name is Robby, and
this is my craft corner. And do you know what time it is? It’s magic time. Wingardium leviosa! Whoa!
(objects chiming) Okay, guys, let’s do some magic. – [Recorded Voice] Lighting a match, press it firmly to the index finger. Having stuck a wooden tip to the finger, the match will keep the balance. – [Robby] Okay, so here’s our matches. Take one out, there we go. Now apparently we just have
to push it kind of hard onto our forefinger just like that, and then we kind of just leave
it there for a little bit. Not bad. It kind of hurts a little
bit, but it’s fine. I’m doing this for you! Let’s see, will that work? Ready and (harp music) (gasping) it’s working! Okay, now I just have to light the match. (match snapping) Aw, dang it! Okay I have to try this again. Dang it, I am so sorry. So (laughing) forget that ever happened. (match firing) (match whirring) Ah! That’s scary. Okay, try it again. We’re gonna go ahead and hold
it there for a little bit. Okay cool, it’s staying. And… (match buzzing) Here we go. Yes, I did it!
(triumphant music) It’s balancing! Well, guys, I guess we can say that this one works!
(bell dinging) It doesn’t work for too
long, but it does work. Nice! And that’s magic. – [Recorded Voice] It’s time to show what your fingers are capable of. The finger bends as if
it’s made of rubber. You do not break a finger,
but by bending the phalange and showing the palm to the viewer, we create the impression
of a rubber finger. – [Robby] Okay, so this
one seems pretty simple. All we’ve got to do is
kind of put the palm here, and I have to go– (flesh squelching)
Oh no! Oh, I just broke my finger! But for real, it’s just bending. See, it looks totally, oh wow, that looks kind of scary. Oh wow, okay. Oh, my finger! I broke it! Just kidding, I’m fine. Well guys, I guess we’re gonna have to say that this one works!
(bell dinging) – [Recorded Voice] Cut
out a circle of foil. Transfer the figure
pushing the coin patterns. You cannot tell the real
coin from the fake one from two steps away. Then wrap it in a cloth, crumble, and discreetly get rid of the foil. – [Robby] Okay guys,
so here’s our tinfoil. Just need a small piece, so there we go. Don’t need that anymore. (box whirring)
(box crashing) I’m gonna go ahead and cut a small piece, boop, boop, boop, then we get our coin. This is actually a Canadian coin. It has a little beaver on it. That’s cute. Anyway, so I guess we
just rub it like that. Oh wow, it’s coming through! Oh, I think I just messed it up. So I just need to go push against the coin until you see the badger. Sorry, it’s not a badger
(laughing), the badger. You’ve got to keep
pushing against the coin until you see the beaver
on the other side. I just used my fingernail
to kind of cut the edge off. There we go. Yeah, I mean, you can
kind of see the beaver. It’s not the prettiest thing, but I guess it will kind of work. Is that close? I guess a little bit. Anyway, let’s do this. Okay, don’t need this,
wait, that’s the fake one. Don’t need this anymore. Okay, maybe in the corner of my eye it does look a little real. Okay, so here’s our napkin. Oh my gosh, want to watch
me make this coin disappear? Boom.
(dramatic music) Oh, where did it, oh,
I’ve just got to hide it between my fingers. Where did it go! I think I did pretty good. Well guys, I guess we’re gonna have to say that this one works!
(bell dinging) – [Recorded Voice] You are
going to need two matches and adhesive tape. Connect the matches with the tape. Paint the edge of one
match with a black marker imitating a burned sulfur head. Rotate the match discreetly
to the right side. Shake your hand, distracting
the viewer’s attention, and all will turn out. – [Robby] Okay guys, so
here are our matches. Take two of these bad boys out. Got to break out some tape. Roll these two puppies together
carefully, nice and easy. If you don’t do it right, it will explode. (match exploding)
Oh no! I’m just kidding. (laughing) Okay, perfect. Then we just break out our Sharpie. I don’t know how
realistic I can make this. I might be able to make it
look like it burned completely. Like this just kind of looks like Sharpie. I guess on camera it looks real. Yeah, that’s not bad, actually. That looks kind of legit. I could see someone thinking
that that’s a burnt match tip. Okay, let’s do this. You ready? One, two, and… (match firing)
Oh, so it’s on fire! Oh! Yeah, oh no, I can’t
believe I lit it on fire! Whoa! It’s on fire again! Nice. Oh, it won’t go out. I think Sharpie is flammable or something. It’s windproof now. That’s crazy, that’s cool. Anyway, I guess we can say that this one works!
(bell dinging) There we go. – [Recorded Voice] Can
you remove the sheet from under an empty glass? Yes. All you need is to pull the sheet sharply so that the glass does not have time to hit the paper’s speed. It’s not tricks, it’s physics. – [Robby] So you guys,
so here’s our paper, and instead of using a candle in a glass, we’re gonna go ahead
and use this wineglass. (glass shattering) But to make it extra risky,
we’re gonna fill it with water. (dramatic music)
Yes! Okay, are you guys ready
to see my mad skills? One, two, and…
(drums rolling) (paper whizzing) Oh, I did it! (Robby shouting) I did rip the paper though. Well guys, I guess we can say that this one works!
(bell dinging) Science. I almost knocked over the glass. – [Recorded Voice] For the next trick, you are going to need any paper bill and a regular elastic band. Fold the banknote. With a sharp blade, make a V-shaped cut. Catch money on an elastic
band using a cut corner instead of a hook. And the money is almost intact,
and the viewer is satisfied. Easy and effective. – [Robby] Okay, so here’s our dollar bill. Just got to fold it
a-once, I fold it a-twice, and can I fold it a third time? Yes I can, cool. Okay. Fold it in half just like that. Then I’m just gonna go ahead
and use an X-Acto knife, go ahead and cut a little
triangle onto the side. It’s perfect. No one will ever suspect a thing. Let’s try this puppy out. Okay, so here’s our rubber band. I had to cut it in half because
it was a little too long. And then we just do this. Where’d the guy go? I can’t even find it. Oh there it is. Wow, this is pretty good. Like if someone just showed
me this, I would not be able to tell you that there’s
a little slit in there. Anyway, let’s do this. Are you ready? What do I do to make it come out? There we go, yeah, there
it is, a little slit. Okay, ready, one, two, and… Oh my gosh.
(chimes ringing) I’m making, oh, dang it. One more time. One, two, and… (chimes ringing)
I’m making it float! Okay, you ready? One, two, and… (elastic band bouncing) Whoa! Well guys, I guess we can say that this one works!
(bell dinging) – [Recorded Voice] You can
create a funny optical illusion. Fill the glass with water. Move the picture behind the
glass in different directions. This is fascinating! (glass and jug thudding) – Okay, so here’s our little wine glass. Fill this puppy up with
water to the tippity-top. Okay, don’t need this. Then we go and get our paper. Oh, it’s already working, that’s cool. You guys ready? One, two, and… Whoa! That’s kind of cool. Dang! Whoa! Maybe move it back a little bit. Whoa, yeah, that looks pretty sick. Dang, I like that. Choosing the blue and pink
really made it worth it. It’s like one of my thumbnails. It’s perfect! Yeah dude, this is like
my freaking aesthetic. Anyway, well guys, I guess
we’re gonna have to say that this one works!
(bell dinging) – [Recorded Voice] Take a
bag and cut off the zipper. Cut the edge of the
zipper so its sides freely slide over each other. Discreetly move your finger on the clasp. Give it the right direction. It’s time to astonish your friends with telekinetic abilities. – [Robby] Okay, so here’s our Ziploc bag. Here’s our scissors. Let’s go ahead and cut that real quick. (blades ringing) Boop, perfect. Then we’ll just do that. Get out of here. Don’t need that anymore.
(objects crashing) Open that up, and I think we’re
supposed to cut the bottom. Aha! Okay, you guys ready? One, two, and I need a little
bit more zip, like that. Okay ready, one, two, and I’m moving it! Whoa, whoa, whoa! Whoa, whoa, whoa! Well guys, I guess we’re gonna have to say that this one works!
(bell dinging) – [Recorded Voice] Put four
paper balls on the table. Alternately cover the
balls with your hand. By some miraculous way,
they switch places. You are going to need five paper napkins. Fold the napkins. Squeeze one of the lumps
with your right hand. Put a hidden lump on the table. Do this until the balls stack together. – [Robby] Okay, here are five napkins. Time to make these puppies into balls. (dramatic music) Okay, perfect. Get in here. Yeah! I feel like my balls
aren’t as tight as theirs. Good enough. I mean, I don’t know. You know what, good enough. Okay, so it looks like
we just kind of did that. But you have to, how do you do this without making any noise? ‘Cause you can hear it crumble. So you have to be really quiet about it. Here we go. You have to be sly. You have to be, how do you, of course someone would
notice that, though. Maybe you have to keep
your hands like that? I don’t know. I’m not a magician. You know who would be really good at this? My buddy Aaron. I’m gonna ask him if he
wants to do this with me. And Aaron isn’t home. Okay, (groaning) I’m just
not very good at magic. I think this is one of those things that just takes practice. Or maybe the balls are too big. So maybe I have to, I
guess that kind of works. Yeah, see? Yeah! Where did the balls go? This is so unsuspicious! I think this would probably work if I had more practice at
it, but as me as a person, I can’t do this, so I’m gonna
say that, I don’t even know, I’m pretty sure this one
works, but I’m just not good. I’m sorry. I shall practice and show you guys later. – [Recorded Voice] If you pierce
a paper cup with a pencil, pour water into it, and then
gently pull the pencil out, where has the water gone? Make two holes. Cut off the top of the plastic cup. Insert the plastic into the paper cup. As the pencil passes through the hole, water stays in the plastic cup. – [Robby] Okay guys, so
here’s our regular cup. “Keep calm and drink coffee.” Too bad I don’t drink coffee. Oh well. Then we’re gonna go ahead
and cut a hole in it just like that.
(blade ringing) I’m gonna go ahead and use a
stake to go to the other side so that’s kind of even. And oh! It’s like the alien movie, if you guys have ever watched those. There we go. Yeah, it looks good. Okay. Then we’re gonna go ahead
and get our clear cup. Put this away. Break out our scissors. (scissors whirring) Does that make sense? I feel like the cup has to
be higher than the hole. I failed! I need a taller clear cup. What am I gonna do? I think I need a water
bottle or something. I’ll be right back. Okay, so I got this Coke bottle instead. Maybe that will work. Yeah, that kind of fits
in there a little bit. Will it push over? No. Oh, this is way more complicated
than I wanted it to be. Okay, the last option I
have is this yellow cup. You know what, good enough. I just broke it. Oh man, it’s been a long day, guys. Okay, you know what? Close enough, okay? So get rid of all that.
(objects crashing) Okay, I’m just gonna go ahead and pretend that this is clear, and then
we’ll test this bad boy out. Okay, let’s do this. (water trickling) Oh, it’s already leaking. Oh man. Okay, looks like I’ve got
to start from square one. Or maybe I’ll just do the cup thing. Okay, I’ll be right back. (sighing) Okay, here we go. Let’s do this again. Now in the cup it goes. I’m gonna go ahead and use a screwdriver instead of a pencil. Ready and…
(drums rolling) (cymbals clashing) Nope, I broke the cup inside. And it looks like I peed myself. Oh man, it really is a long day. (laughing) Oh boy. Well guys, I’m gonna go ahead and say that this one doesn’t really work. I got both of the supplies correct, okay? I tried, okay, I tried. Let’s just go do the next hack, okay? – [Recorded Voice] For this trick, you need an empty bottle,
a toothpick, and a coin. Break the toothpick in the middle and put it on the neck of the bottle. Put a coin on top. Drip water in the crack of the toothpick, and the toothpick begins to open. The coin falls to the
bottom of the bottle. – [Robby] Okay guys, so
here’s our water bottle, bibbity-boop. Okay guys, I’m gonna do
the bottle challenge. You ready, one, two, and… (cap whooshing)
(triumphant music) Yeah, I did it! Then we get our toothpick,
break that in half. There we go.
(bell dinging) Then we get our coin. Go ahead and put that on there. Ah!
(failure music) Okay, I’m starting over. Maybe this will work. Maybe if I do it with two of them, because I feel like I
got too wide of a bottle. Ah! I don’t know. Okay, I’m gonna try this
with a different bottle. Okay guys, so as you guys
know, I love Monster, and these are all my Monster tabs. I have two more bottles of these. (laughing) I do have a problem. I’m sorry. Anyway, I think that
this is a little bit more of an appropriate size,
so let’s try this one. And here we go.
(drums rolling) (cymbals clashing)
Okay, I did it. I think balancing it was
like the hardest part. Anyway, so here’s our syringe. Let’s go ahead and put some water on it. (water dripping) Why is nothing happening? I feel so lied to! It only went in there ’cause I hit it. How am I gonna, (sighing) well guys, I guess we’re gonna have to
say that this one doesn’t work. Okay guys, now it’s everyone’s
favorite part of the video. We recreate the thumbnail! (shouting) I really
don’t want to break any of my fingers to do this,
so I think I’m gonna have to do a little bit of Photoshop here. Okay, here we go. (camera clicking) (sighing) Yeah, that ought to do it. Okay guys, thanks so much
